15 Nov Nightinguys Cabaret

An invitation for you – instead of attending the G20 Summit and running the security gauntlet, come to an evening of sophisticated rural cabaret!

Our last Night with the Nightinguys in July was a rip-roaring success – so we’re doing it again with some new material and new special guests; and we’d love your company.

What and When…

The Nightinguys (men’s a capella group) are putting on a cabaret-style evening on Saturday November 15th. Starts at 7:30 p.m. sharp. at Samford Soccer Club on Richards Rd – Food and drink available from 7.

The Music…

We have been working on some new original material: humorous blues as well as “music with a message”, plus dramatic Irish folk, and some romantic and jazz favourites.

Gift from the Goddess…

We are fortunate to have dynamic women as our guest artists: Clea – a young indy singer-songwriter full of heartfelt tunes; Katouche – a fab trio of wildly whimsical women; and some talented locals too.

Where and How Much

We’re turning the old Samford Soccer Club on Richards Rd into a nightclub atmosphere. Click here for map. Entry is $15 /person at the door. It’s primarily an adult evening out, so if you really can’t organise a babysitter, your under 16’s must be strictly supervised at all times.

Totally worthy cause: The Kopila Orphange in Bhaktapur Nepal is doing great work for some of the most underprivileged children in the world and they operate “on the smell of an oily rag”. Every dollar you spend on food and drink will go directly to them, no middleman/overhead. check it out here.

To give us an idea of numbers, please email nightinguys@viability.com.au with your name and the number of people in your party; and put “15 November” in the subject line.

If you want you can reserve a table (detail on the poster), but plan to arrive in good time to secure your seat.

Also please pass this message and poster on to any friends who are lovers of excellent amateur performance.

Love to see you there. Any questions give me a call.
